What kind of shipping courier do you offer?

All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju

All items are standard packed secure and waterproof to ensure product quality and safety in transit.


Where do you deliver and how much it cost?

We deliver nationwide! 

FREE local shipping is applicable for (Semenanjung) Peninsular Malaysia address only.

A flat rate of RM15 will be charged for shipments to (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) East Malaysia. 


How long does delivery take?

Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment. 

Orders placed after 12pm will ship next business day. Orders placed on Friday will ship out on next Monday.

Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from PosLaju. 

On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


How can i track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email or text message with a link to your tracking information.

A shipping notification will be sent via email which includes the tracking number and courier used to ship your order.

Please allow at least 1-2 business days for the tracking information of your order to appear on the POSLAJU tracking page.

If you have not received your order within the specified time, Please contact us at our Instagram page or WhatsApp us and we will assist you tracking your parcel.


Unsuccessful Delivery

If the initial delivery was not successful, the courier service will attempt to make a second delivery. If the second delivery was also unsuccessful, PosLaju will leave a notice and the item will be held at the nearest PosLaju post office. You will have to collect your order from the designated post office. If you failed to collect your order. Your order will be sent back to us. If the order is sent back to us, we will contact you for a second delivery attempt. We WOULD NOT REFUND if the parcel returned to us. You have to bare the shipping cost for second time shipping.
